COST & SHIPPING METHOD 

When shopping on Grandma.Lu, we calculate your order fulfilment rate based on the weight of the products purchased and the country of destination, depending whether it is located in Western Europe or in Central Europe:

RETURN POLICIES

 

Eligible merchandise may be returned free of charge. The customer is required to pay shipping on return orders. Shipping charges for returned merchandise will be refunded along with the purchase price of the returned merchandise. Shipping and handling charges for returned merchandise sent from outside The Granduchy of Luxembourg are non-refundable unless we have made a shipping error. Upon receipt of returned goods, BP Trading S.à r.l. reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet return-policy requirements.

 

• Full-price merchandise: can be returned for a full refund or exchanged within 30 days of the delivery date. This is applicable if the good is in sellable condition which may include producer seals not damaged.
• Sale merchandise: is not eligible for a return.
• Expired product: products with expiration date less than 7 days from the delivery date are eligible for a reimbursement. the reimbursement must be requested in the 30 days following the delivery date. Exceptions may apply given the nature of grocery products.
• Damaged goods: we do not reimburse if the parcel was signed for. Any damage claim must be submitted at the moment of the delivery. If there is a reasonable suspect of damage, the parcel must be rejected.
