This Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil is produced from cold pressed olives harvested directly from Apulia olive trees under the sun of Salento and cultivated according to the highest standards of organic farming. This Italian excellence is produced solely by mechanical means and is not filtered before bottling. Any sediment is due to normal procedures of decantation of the product.
